ROBERT F. KENNEDY, JR.'s reputation as a resolute defender of the environment stems from a litany of successful legal actions. Mr. Kennedy was named one of Time magazine's “Heroes for the Planet” for his success helping Riverkeeper lead the fight to restore the Hudson River. The group's achievement helped spawn 300 Waterkeeper organizations across the globe.

Mr. Kennedy serves as Senior Attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council, Chief Prosecuting Attorney for the Hudson Riverkeeper and President of Waterkeeper Alliance. He is also a Clinical Professor and Supervising Attorney at Pace University School of Law’s Environmental Litigation Clinic and is of counsel to Morgan & Morgan, a nationwide personal injury practice. He is co-host of Ring of Fire on Air America Radio. Earlier in his career he served as Assistant District Attorney in New York City.

He has worked on environmental issues across the Americas and has assisted several indigenous tribes in Latin America and Canada in successfully negotiating treaties protecting traditional homelands. He is credited with leading the fight to protect New York City's water supply. The New York City watershed agreement, which he negotiated on behalf of environmentalists and New York City watershed consumers, is regarded as an international model in stakeholder consensus negotiations and sustainable development.

Among Mr. Kennedy's published books are the New York Times’ bestseller Crimes Against Nature (2004), The Riverkeepers (1997), and Judge Frank M. Johnson, Jr: A Biography (1977) and two children’s books St Francis of Assisi (2005), American Heroes: Joshua Chamberlain and the American Civil War and Robert Smalls: The Boat Thief (2008). His articles have appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Rolling Stone, Atlantic Monthly, Esquire, The Nation, Outside Magazine, The Village Voice, and many other publications. His award-winning articles have been included in anthologies of America’s Best Crime Writing, Best Political Writing and Best Science Writing.

Mr. Kennedy is a graduate of Harvard University. He studied at the London School of Economics and received his law degree from the University of Virginia Law School. Following graduation he attended Pace University School of Law, where he was awarded a Masters Degree in Environmental Law.

He is a licensed master falconer, and as often as possible he pursues a life-long enthusiasm for white-water paddling. He has organized and led several expeditions in Canada and Latin America, including first descents on three little known rivers in Peru, Colombia, and Venezuela.

AREVA MARTIN, television Personality, Attorney, Civil/Human Rights Advocate, Author.

 Areva Martin, is a new recurring Co-Host for TV’s The Doctors and a CNN legal expert/contributor. She is known to audiences across the country from her regular appearances on Dr. Phil, AC360, ABC World News Tonight, Good Morning America, Good Morning Britain and various other daytime talk shows and cable news shows including CNN, FOX, MSNBC, HLN, ABC, CBS and others. She is a TV host, author and go-to on-camera expert and commentator. She is consistently sought out to weigh in on breaking news with an emphasis on compelling legal, political, women’s and celebrity issues. Her unique ability to go to the heart of matters in a commanding, yet passionate, manner has gained her great popularity with the media and worldwide audiences.

Areva is also a multi-award winning Harvard-trained attorney and advocate who has been featured on the pages of publications ranging from the Redbook, Parenting to Ebony for her advocacy on behalf of victims and the “underdog.” Throughout her career, Areva has been a strong advocate in promoting diversity, inclusion and equity. She has been recognized for her distinctive work on behalf of women and children with many national and state awards including the Los Angeles County Woman of the Year Award, L’Oreal Paris Women of Worth, KCET Local Hero Award, Ford Foundation Unsung Hero, Farmers Insurance Living Legends Award and the California Legislative Black Caucus Civil Rights Leadership Award to name a few.

 She is the founder and President of Special Needs Network, Inc., a Los Angeles based non-profit organization created specifically to raise awareness of issues that impact individuals with autism and related disabilities living in underserved and marginalized communities. Areva has raised millions of dollars for autism and is leading the organization on a campaign to build the state’s first-ever autism medical health home for kids as a part of the historic Martin Luther King Hospital health campus.

 Areva is the author of two books, Journey to the Top, a popular career guide for professional women and The Everyday Advocate: Standing Up for Your Child with Autism and Other Special Needs (Penguin 2010), a regularly used reference book for parents and professionals.

A graduate with honors from Harvard Law School and the University of Chicago, she is the founding and managing partner at Martin & Martin, LLP, one of LA’s premiere female and African American owned law firms. Areva has been consistently identified as one of LA’s top attorneys including being selected as a Southern California Super Lawyer every year since 2014, a distinction reserved for the top five percent of the attorneys in the state.

Areva lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three children. A lover of all things social media, she is a runner with a passion for 10k races.

DR. JENNIFER BERMAN,  is a recurring co-host on the Emmy® Award-winning talk show, The Doctors, and a practicing urologist with specialized training in female urology and female sexual medicine.

Dr. Berman made a unique choice to enter the field of urology, which has been dominated by males for a long time. Her interest in the field, however, has led to her now being considered America's leading expert on women’s sexual health issues, having pioneered clinical research studies on the physiology of female sexual function and dysfunction, and the medical therapies for female sexual function complaints.

She first became known to TV viewers for her award-winning television series on Discovery Health, Berman & Berman, which she co-hosted with her sister, Dr. Laura Berman. Dr. Berman has gone on to appear as an authority on The Oprah Winfrey ShowGood Morning America, the Today show, CNBC, CNN, America's Health Network and both local and national affiliates for NBC and ABC News, in addition to radio programs nationwide, and several leading publications.

Dr. Berman is also the co-author of the New York Times best-seller For Women Only: A Revolutionary Guide to Overcoming Sexual Dysfunction and Reclaiming Your Sex Life and Secrets of the Sexually Satisfied Woman: Ten Keys to Unlocking Ultimate Pleasure.

For her efforts to increase community awareness, Dr. Berman has received several awards, including the Women of Action Award, the Women Who Make a Difference Award, and the Rising Star of the Year Award. She is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Urological Association, the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, and the Society for the Study of Impotence Research.

Dr. Berman received her Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland Medical Center and her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her post-graduate urology residency training at the University of Maryland, and received specialized fellowship training in Female Urology and Female Pelvic Floor Reconstructive Surgery at UCLA Medical Center. She was an Assistant Professor of Urology at the UCLA Medical Center and co-founded the Female Sexual Medicine Center at UCLA in 2001, serving as its Director. 

Born in New York City, Dr. Berman has wanted to be a physician since childhood when her father, a colorectal surgeon, took her on hospital rounds. She is now a mother of two children and in her free time, is a “die-hard” equestrian.

The Doctors, now in its seventh season, won the 2010 Emmy® Award for Outstanding Talk Show/Informative and has been nominated five times in the category.

Two-time World Champion skier CHRIS DAVENPORT is widely regarded as one of the premier big mountain skiers in the world today.  

Among his many ski mountaineering achievements, in 2007 Chris became the first person to ski all fifty-four of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks in less than one year.  He has numerous first descents of peaks around the globe under his belt, and recently guided and skied on Mt. Everest  Chris has been featured in more than thirty ski films by Warren Miller and Matchstick Productions.

He is also a TV commentator for ESPN, ABC sports, and Outside Television, and is an Olympic and World Cup announcer for ski racing events. Chris is a professional speaker who often lectures on risk management as it relates to business and mountain sports. Chris is the author of two beautiful coffee-table books that celebrate North America’s mountains, Ski The 14ers and Fifty Classic Ski Descents of North America. When not traveling the globe Chris resides in Aspen, Colorado with his wife and three boys.
